Agency Description:	White Earth Human Services is a tribal human service agency that provides for all human service needs for tribal members in a culturally appropriate manner. Services provided include advocacy, outreach to reservation villages, court advocacy and constituent services.
Description of Field Activities	Field I: Direct service to individuals, groups, and families, including interviewing, case assessment/planning, intervention plan/implementation, counseling, and advocacy. Also case management activities. Field II: Students should contact the Director to discuss possible Field II placement activities.
Approval for Field I, II, Either??	Approved for Field I, but could be considered for Field II if specific Field II activities are identified.
