Agency Description:	This agency provides UMD students the opportunity to develop healthy personal lifestyles, help insure their retention at UMD, and contribute to the overall excellence of their total educational experience.

Description of Field Activities	The student begins to build a caseload of individual clients after 3 weeks of observation and supervision. The student will be expected to provide diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, intervention to individual clients; may be involved in co-facilitating various support groups and/or Peer Counseling groups; program planning and development.
Approval for Field I, II, Either??	This has been approved for either Field I or Field II.
