Agency Description:	This agency works with families to develop individualized plans to meet the needs of the family while building on strengths.
Description of Field Activities	The student will assist in providing intervention services to Youth and families, attend home visits, assist in the development of a family plan and help implement it, assist in screenings and assessments, facilitate activities with youth, assist families in utilizing program services and community resources, complete documentation, assist in tracking outcomes and measurements for grant reports, and increase resource awareness.
