| Agency Description: |
MIWRC is a non-profit agency that assists American Indian women so they
can enjoy a better quality of life for themselves and their family. Services
provided include legal assistance, domestic violence and assault support
services, chemical dependency counseling, recovery support and assessment,
family-based in-home services, housing access and emergency shelter, childcare,
parent education and support. |

- Indian Child Welfare Act services (courtroom and collaborative services)
- Cultural Competency/Diversity
- Program development and planning
- grant writing
- community organizing
- counseling/individualized counseling and group counseling
