Agency Description:	This agency operates a diverse variety of programs addressing human needs including services to children and families.
Description of Field Activities	An intern will initially shadow a TAP worker when working with the students and families. This consists of: establishing a relationship with the youth, assessing the situation, and problem-solving to improve attendance by working with the student, family and others that might help get the youth back on track. The intern will be given cases of his/her own when they feel comfortable in working alone. The intern can also be involved with weekly truancy hearings on truancy cases, assist with truancy mediation.
