| Agency Description: | Hope House provides community services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness so they may live as independently as possible, in the least restrictive setting, and reduce the need for involuntary hospitalization. Hope House programming includes a drop-in center, day treatment, individual counseling, community and on-site recreation activities, as well as home visits by staff. |
