Agency Description:	This agency works to improve the health of the community. They commit their skills and resources to the benefit of the whole person by providing the finest health care, while addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and their families.
Description of Field Activities	The student will be designing and implementing recruiting methods for volunteers for the Lifeline program, as well as designing and implementing training modules and supervision of volunteers for Lifeline. The student will also be doing home visits for some of the Lifeline patients when social issues arise, helping them access resources. The student will be involved in committees, conduct home visits, and be involved in case planning.
