This internship is applicable for a Field II, since it is primarily working with a community organization.  The student will likely conduct research, assist in facilitating trainings and assist communities in accomplishing their work.  For example, in 2008 the intern assisted with the creation of a film on systemic racism in education.  The specific duties included contacting community members, assisting in identifying critical content, organizing the tasks, etc.
