Agency Description:	Lake County Social Services is a county social service department. The mission is to assist those citizens whose personal or family resources are not adequate to meet their basic human needs
Description of Field Activities	Students may have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas including adoption, foster care, information and referral, child care assistance, day care and foster care licensing, respite care, child protection, chemical dependency and developmental disabilities. Field II students would also have the opportunity to work directly with agency administration and other community groups in developing and coordinating long range plans for service and community development.
