Our Mission

To promote the Hispanic/Latino/Chicano culture to the UMD and Duluth community, and the greater Twin Ports area. To unite those with HLC heritage and provide them with the opportunity for social and cultural interaction. The Latino/Chicana Student Association works with the Latino Chicano Student Programs in coordinating Hispanic Heritage Month, Latin American Film Series, Latin American Awareness Month, and an Annual Fiesta.
