The UMD Office of Admissions provides prospective college students and their families with the information, experiences, personal attention, and timely, quality service needed to make an informed, appropriate college choice. Our goal is to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of these students and their families.



Fall 2009 Online Application: The Fall 2009 term will be made available on our online application by early September for all undergraduate students. Processing and review of Fall 2009 new freshman applicants will begin by late September.
Priority Deadline for Fall 2009: The prority deadline to apply for Fall 2009 for new freshman is December 15th, 2008. Applications received after that date will be considered on a space-available basis.
